Return and Refund Policy

Pulgar Motors Accessories is operated by Pulgar Motors LLC. Contact us at pulgarmotors@gmail.com before returning any item. Because products ship directly from different supplier partners, the authorized return address may differ by product. Do not send returns to our workshop or to the address on a package unless we provide written authorization.

Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. We may request photos or video to evaluate the request.

Damaged, incorrect, missing, or lost orders
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 days after delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, and include the order number and clear photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging. For a package shown as delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and supplier. We will review the evidence and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy when the claim is approved.

Change of mind and compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, compatibility, and the selected variant before ordering. Approved returns for change of mind, an incorrect size or variant selected by the customer, or incompatibility require the customer to provide and pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of gift cards, personalized or custom items, hazardous materials, opened personal-care items, or items marked final sale, except where required by law. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.

Cancellations
A self-service cancellation request is available for unfulfilled orders for 15 minutes after checkout. After that period, contact us immediately. We can cancel and refund an order only before the supplier begins processing it. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed and the return rules above apply.

Return authorization and shipping
Approved returns must be sent to the address and by the method we provide. The customer is responsible for using a trackable service. Items sent without authorization, to the workshop, or to an unauthorized supplier address may not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item or claim is reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit. Shipping charges and return costs are deducted where stated above. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
