Pulgar Motors Accessories is operated by Pulgar Motors LLC in Miami, Florida. Products are shipped directly to customers by our supplier partners.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from product prices. Available delivery options and shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the items in your order and your delivery address. Review your order total before paying. Orders containing products from different suppliers may have separate shipping charges and arrive in separate packages.

Processing and delivery

Processing time and transit time are separate. Any estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery availability depends on the product and destination. Tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout when available.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need a change; changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where applicable. We will work with the supplier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
